A: Depending on the pickup and delivery location, seasonal fluctuation or inclement weather, it could take up to five business days to have your vehicle picked up and up to ten days depending on the distance. For example if your vehicle will be transported from the greater Los Angeles area to San Francisco area, the pickup should occur within 24 hours of your first available date and delivered within two business days.

Q: What is door-to-door transport?
A: Door-to-door means that we arrange for pickup and delivery at the address you specify (subject to accessibility and local laws). You do not have to go to a terminal to pick up or drop off your vehicle. If you or your designee cannot be present, we may arrange for the use of a terminal. If any additional fees apply, we will advise you of them at the time of booking.

Q: Can I pack personal items in my car?
A: As a general rule no personal items may be left in the vehicle to be transported however, most drivers will allow up to 100lbs in the trunk of the vehicle. Items left inside the vehicle may shift in transit and could cause damage to your vehicle. Our carriers’ liability does not extend to this type of damage. It is for this reason that most transporters refuse to accept vehicles with personal items inside. We want to avoid the possibility for damage to your vehicle, we're sure you do too!
In addition to damages, personal items stored in the vehicle add extra weight to the vehicle that could delay the truck at scales which could add to the transit time and delay the delivery of your vehicle.

Q: Can you ship inoperable or unusual vehicles?
A: Absolutely. We specialize in unusual vehicles such as antique, classic and collectible cars and accommodate oversized vehicles. For inoperable vehicles, please let us know at the time of booking so we can dispatch a winch-equipped carrier. Please note that an additional charge applies for inoperable vehicles.

A: Prior loading your vehicle on the trailer, the driver will fill out a vehicle Condition Report noting any imperfections found at pickup and another inspection will be performed when vehicle is delivered.
